How are the refreshments packed?

Packaging can vary by menu item and order arrangement. The term “refreshment catering” does not mean every set is packed in a single box. Our team will confirm the suitable packaging for your selected items when your order is arranged.

What drinks are available?

Our standard 300 ml drink options are Matcha Cocoa, Sesame Latte, Beauty Rose Tea and Osmanthus Mint Tea. Final selection can be confirmed with our team based on availability.

How early should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for larger orders or event delivery. WhatsApp us with your event date, location and pax so our team can confirm availability.

Is delivery included?

Delivery is available to selected areas in Kuala Lumpur and Klang Valley. Delivery charges depend on the location and order arrangement. Share your event address with us and we will confirm the fee.

Can the refreshment menu be personalised?

Personalisation can be discussed based on available ingredients, order quantity and event requirements. Please share dietary needs or special requests in advance so our team can confirm what can be arranged.

Can I try the food before placing a bulk order?

You are welcome to visit our Wise Crafters café at Sunway Mentari to try selected items before confirming a larger corporate or event order. Please check with us first as item availability may vary.
