A strong and loving relationship requires effort and nurturing, and what better way to do that than through the food you consume? Nutrition plays a critical role in maintaining a healthy and thriving relationship. In this article, we'll highlight three superfoods that can help boost your relationship to the next level.
Indulge in the rich and decadent goodness of dark chocolate and let its endorphins work their magic. Endorphins are associated with feelings of pleasure and happiness, making dark chocolate a sweet treat for both your taste buds and your relationship. Add a touch of sweetness to your romantic meals with strawberries. These juicy red berries symbolize love and affection, making them the perfect ingredient for a romantic picnic or a special dinner. Not only are they a great source of Vitamin C, but they also contain folate, which helps regulate mood and reduce stress.
Avocados are rich in healthy fats that can help improve brain function and boost mood. Incorporating this superfood into your diet can help you and your partner stay sharp and happy, leading to more positive and fulfilling interactions. Avocados are also a great source of fiber, potassium, and Vitamin K, which all play a critical role in maintaining good health.
In conclusion, incorporating these three superfoods into your diet can not only benefit your health but also your relationship. So, go ahead and make food an integral part of your love story! Be it the success of a deal or the relaxation of your workaholic employees. Organizing an office party is a great way to boost your company's morale. We understand that throwing a successful office party takes a lot of planning. You must consider many factors, such as the budget, games, lighting, music, and pre-party anxiety. Choosing office party snacks is an entirely different level of difficulty.
When you hear the phrase "party!" What comes to your mind first?
An evening full of junk food treats, and sugary drinks, in other words, eating a lot of calories in a day. So it's reasonable to wonder why you should eat healthy when you're ready to gorge on those delicious chicken wings or cheese balls.
Dispel the myth!
Healthy snacks can be served at office parties.
Replacing calorie-laden meals with vegetables and fruits, even at parties, keeps your employees active and agile during the games and events you participate in. It also prevents you from packing extra pounds during events.
You've reached the right place because we've listed the top eight drinks and snacks for corporate events below:
#1 Fresh Mango Tomato Salsa on Tortilla Chips
If you're looking for a sour and spicy dip, this colorful dish is a must-try! It will take you at least 15 minutes to prepare. Grab some ripe mangoes, jalapenos, bell pepper, onions, and lemons to spice it up. This is an excellent appetizer for any summer gathering. It is gluten-free, and you can serve your employee's burritos, rolls, nachos, or tortilla chips.
#2 Packets of Oatmeal
Some people simply do not eat breakfast and must be awake for several hours before considering eating anything. Keep plain, unsweetened oatmeal packets on hand for this crew. To make this snack more appealing, drizzle it with honey or maple syrup and add some tasty flavor assortments like coconut and sliced bananas or slivered almonds, cinnamon, and diced apples.
#3 Dark Chocolate Coated Nuts
There are times when only chocolate will suffice. There are, however, healthier alternatives to a gooey, caramel-and-peanut-filled candy bar. The dark chocolate-covered nuts contain antioxidants, protein, and healthy fats. Furthermore, blueberries, Acai berries, raisins, cranberries, ginger, and goji berries are also delicious and healthy options.
#4 Snack Bars
Some granola bars are simply candy bars disguised as granola bars, delivering an alarming amount of refined sugar with little fiber or nutrition. Other bars, however, emphasize healthy ingredients with as few processed additives as possible. So ask for (or look for) bars with little to no added sugar, at least 3g of protein, a high percentage of your daily fiber requirement, and, ideally, no trans fats.
#5 Greek yogurt
Greek yogurt, high in protein and flavor, is a thicker, more satisfying version of yogurt that is extremely popular among people looking to eat more healthfully. When combined with fresh fruit (or the previously mentioned dried fruit and nuts), it makes a snack substantial enough to serve as a light lunch.
#6 Smoothies
Smoothies are a unique way to increase your employees' consumption of fruits and vegetables. Stock your pantry with bags of frozen fruit, spinach, kale, and plant-based or cow's milk and protein powder containers.
#7 Peanut Butter and Apples
You simply cannot go wrong by providing fresh fruit to your employees as snacks for corporate events. It is simple, delicious, filling, and nutritious. Then, stock a few different nut butter types to add extra protein and fat to the mix.
#8 Protein Bites
These protein-packed snacks, whether called energy bites or protein bites, will help you get through your afternoon work slump. These make-ahead options range from fruit bites to chocolate treats and provide a filling and delicious pick-me-up.
Goodie bags for corporate events have several advantages in addition to making a good impression. First, Goodie bag items serve as a reminder of the experience for each attendee. Finally, you can distinguish those brands from their competitors by carefully selecting the items.
While attendees are often enthusiastic about goodie bags for corporate events, their excitement can be dampened if the bag's contents do not meet expectations. This only sometimes implies spending a lot of money to fill the bags, though the cost of the items in the bag should be proportionate to the event. However, it does not imply stuffing the bag to the brim with low-cost items. It's essential to strike the right balance. Still, it's even more important to understand what event and conference attendees want in a gift bag.
To make a lasting impression, try to put yourself in the shoes of the people attending your conference. Then, think of the small but significant alterations you can make that will make a vast difference. Here are five goodie bag ideas for corporate events
#1 Work Traveler Kit
This loot package is ideal for employees who travel for work or for individuals who are always on the road. This kit includes the necessities for getting around, such as a durable bag, to-go cups, and chargers. In addition, you can include items that will come in handy in an emergency, such as sewing kits and travel accessories, such as neck pillows and earplugs.
#2 The Food Lover
Gourmet treats are a good gift because everyone eats, and most people enjoy relinquishing a treat on special occasions. In addition, many businesses sell food baskets that can be customized with a company logo sticker. Still, you can also handpick your assortments and have your company name printed on the packaging of each edible item.
Aside from the standard snack pack from Wise Creators, you can include accessories like dip bowls or measuring spoons to assist recipients in preparing, serving, and eating the food. This is an excellent gift for foodies, adventurous eaters, and employees willing to try new recipes.
#3 The Spa Bag
Whether your event includes relaxation or you hope your attendees will relax and unwind once they get home, a goodie bag filled with things for attendees to pamper themselves can be a fantastic treat. Take into account bath bombs or salts, exfoliators, luxury soaps, face and foot masks, body scrubs and sponges, and even a massage gift certificate from the hotel spa. Encouraging your guests to practice self-care can leave a lasting positive impression, but keep heavy scents to a minimum and consider some unscented options!\
#4 Fitness Freak
This gift bag might motivate employees to go to the gym. Exercise can help offset sedentary office hours and improve mood; it can also be a group activity and a way to socialize. A perfect swag bag for a person who's into fitness includes water bottles, workout apparel, and mats. This goodie bag does not tell employees how to exercise, but it encourages them to get moving somehow.
#5 Planning Tools for Planners
One of the best goodie bag ideas for corporate events is a gift and a tool for professional development. These gifts are popular with type A employees but can also help less organized employees get their act together. Despite the rise of digital tools, planners continue to be popular, possibly because the permanence of writing tasks down inspires action and accountability. Paper planners allow people to doodle, jot down ideas, and express themselves, boosting creativity.
Oat beta glucan helps to reduce cholesterol level in our body through modifying the composition of our gut microbiota and increasing bile acid synthesis. As cholesterol is mainly deposited in the bile acid, there will be a reduction of cholesterol when bile acid synthesis happens (Joyce SA, Kamil A, Fleige L and Gahan CGM, 2019). Besides that, soluble fibre also can bind to the cholesterol to prevent them from getting into the bloodstream. Once the binding happens, the cholesterol will be removed from our body through our faeces (Jennifer Moll, 2021).
Now that you know how beta glucan in oats can potentially help to improve your cholesterol level, it's time to incorporate them in your diet! Not really sure how to? I'll share some simple tips on how to prepare oatmeals, stay tuned!

Instead of risking your life with the processed diet pills, let's check out all these useful tips to help you improve health and lose weight naturally.
1) Stay Hydrated but Watch Out the Calorie Content

The sugar in beverages is often highly concentrated and easy to consume in large amounts without feeling full. You might be easily “earn” extra unhealthy calories without noticing it. Focus on hydrating with water to minimize the number of calories you need throughout the day.
2) Add More Fibre
Take more fibre because fibre can stay fuller for longer, and low in high-calorie fat. Fibre can be easily found in vegetables, fruits, beans and whole grains, such as oat and barley. By adding these natural whole foods, into your diet can help you help you lose weight and shake off some unnecessary fats.
3) Let’s Try Plant-based Diet
Plant-based diets works well for weight loss because they tend to be rich in fibre, which make us stay fuller for longer, and low in high-calorie fat.
A review of 12 studies including 1,151 participants found that people on a plant-based diet lost an average of 4.4 pounds (2 kg) more than those who included animal products. Plus, those following a vegan diet lost an average of 5.5 pounds (2.5 kg) more than people not eating a plant-based diet (1)
Besides, plant-based diets also help in reducing the risk of chronic conditions like heart disease, certain cancers, and diabetes. They can also be more environmentally sustainable than meat-based diets
4) No Refined Sugar
Refined sugars, especially from sugary drinks, is a major reason for unhealthy weight gain and health problems like diabetes and heart disease.
In Malaysia, it’s important for every consumer to note that even foods promoted as “healthy” can be very high in sugar. Therefore, reading nutrition labels and check with the servicing crew is a must.
5) Eat Whole foods
“You are what you eat.” Keeping track of exactly what is going into your body is a great way to get healthy. Whole foods like fruits and vegetables leaves less room for higher-calorie, higher-fat options, so it may help some people lose weight.
More than 76% of Malaysians will eat at least one outside meal per day. Therefore, it is important to take extra precautions in choosing our meals. Avoid taking those meals that are made by artificial ingredients, such as colouring, preservatives, flavourings, and so on. Not only concern about the extra calories we might not be aware, but it will also carry very bad impact to our body.
6) Workout Regularly
Find something that you enjoy doing to stay in shape. Consistency is the key to achieve our health goals when we are talking about workout for weight management "Therefore, whether you love dancing, Tabata, Yoga, or whatever form of exercise you enjoy, do that, and don’t force yourself to do something just because you think it would be good for you. Water kefir is cultured by introducing a SCOBY (symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeasts) into sugar water. The beneficial bacteria and yeasts present in the water kefir grains consume the sugar in the sugar water, and as they metabolize the sugar, they produce a variety of beneficial acids, food enzymes, B vitamins and more beneficial bacteria. This process of fermentation reduces the sugar content and produce a wonderful probiotic-rich beverage, called KEFIR.
It's smart to start anything new in small amounts, kefir being no exception to that rule. For the beginner, is good to start with 4 tablespoons on the first day, and slowly increase accordingly on the following days. You may drink as much as you wish eventually, being reasonable. Ideally is around 200ml daily. Balance is key to good health.
